  1. I would say 5 years, I have seen some absolute clusterf%cks in the Philippines. Girls have the patience to play 2-3 years to get the golden goose but at 5 they will have given up and moved onto the next one.

  2. Please take this in the best way. I think you’re short clips are better than your old videos you did on YouTube, they’re more concise and to the point of and have helped me a lot, thank you

  3. That’s just dumb. Buy her a house? In a country where foreigners can’t own real estate? The first time she does “tampo” you’re on the curb and she keeps the house. This happens A LOT.

  4. If you’re buying her a house, make sure it’s a gift to her, a gift you can afford. Women are emotional, tomorrow, she may find someone else or be tired of you. Always have your bags packed up somewhere.

  5. Something I heard about, was buying the majority/ controlling share of a company that owns the land the house is built on.
    Thoughts?

  6. agree, my wife and I have been together for five years and our house one and half years old, sadly it took both of us a couple years to trust eachother enough to know we were in for life that’s when we got married…. sadly foreigners and filipinas alike have stigmas or uncertainties we worked through those

  7. Great advice that can only come from experience of the Philippines and the People.
