  2. As we start getting older, taking care of ones body (eating and exercise) is so important. Appreciate the thoughtful vlog.

  3. Also (and maybe this was already mentioned) to get off the seed oils, and exposed aluminum cookware. Gee, coconut and olive oils are the main oils to use

  5. I only eat every eight hours. That meal will take sixteen hours. Hehehe. When you eat, Keto diet is the best!!Diabetic is better on Keto

  6. Bro, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for the past three weeks. I’ve lost over 7% body fat and not lost any weight. 52 y/o 5′ 10″ 180lbs. Exercising daily and consuming plenty of protein. I feel great!! 🙂
