Henry I see you haven’t thought about the legal comparison in marriage since the u s has capitalistic laws the phillipinos uses both socialist and capital laws as If a person accuses you even falsely they could deport where guilt is the presumption where as we require proof and evidence in the u s to arrest as a requirement every time so it’s kinda wonkish or off to how we think about due process anyway just thought I’d mention it cause rules can change there and in the u s as well
