  8. Hi there Reekay, We just tuned back to your channel just to find you going to hospital surgery tomorrow. Been thinking of you lately remembering our visits when you were here in Duma back in 2017ish when we began living here more permanent. To be honest, we have been getting weary of the ex-pat Drama here and also lack of nice white sandy beaches for our family and kids to enjoy and we want to be closer to the Mareis’s family on Bohol.   10. Hi Henry, how’s life? Seems you are enjoying yourself. I know a relative in Canada that had hernia surgery on both sides about a year ago. He went to a hospital that actually specializes in hernia surgeries. These are very common for us men. Did you find a good hospital that perhaps specializes in hernias? Sending positive wishes.

  23. Looks like a great day at the beach Henry. I was laid up for 4-6 weeks after that Surgery so it sounds like u know what to expect. It will soon pass so enjoy the recovery mode and hope to see some updates from you !

  27. Was in Panglao last month, and didn’t go to Oceanica, but we had several meals at the Linaw Beach Resort’s Pearl Restaurant which were excellent. Linaw is about 4.5 km West of Oceanica as the crow flies in the shadow of Solea.

  28. I has hernia surgery not too bad. But for some reason my bowels went to sleep about a 7 on pain schedule. Called nurse she said Phillips milk magnesia. Mamm tell people that before they leave hospital.

    That’s a pretty nice place! The food, drink, and rooms would be a bit over our budget, but it’s a beautiful resort, nonetheless.

  32. Very best on your surgery I had one of those probably about 20 to 30 years ago I know you got you a real fantastic nurse and I’m sure that she will keep you on the straight and narrow path God bless
