There’s no divorce in the Philippines.
Actually, the man can also be an atheist. But not satanist with weird and possibly dangerous rituals.
Most Filipinos now are no longer devout Roman Catholics. They don’t go to mass, they don’t pray much unless they have some important wishes or sins. But there are some whose faith and religiosity are made stronger, especially the Christians. Some Christians require to have the same religion.
It would be an adjustment for Catholic to marry Muslims I think, but not so sure. Other than that, Filipinas learn the religious practices of partners.
I’m going to strongly disagree with you here. I’m an Atheist, and never, ever an issue.

If I was young I definitely would be interested in hooking up with one of them. Beautiful women but I’m 67 years old. It probably wouldn’t do me any good at point my life if I did. Have a beautiful young wife
