A man needs to be a man. The ladyboy element should be something he already worked out prior to the getting to the physical part.
I’m transgender but don’t date men. Before I get to the physical or living arrangement there is no mystery.
If he’s into ladyboys he needs to continue searching for the right girl, but he needs to be a leader regardless of type of person he is attracted to.

I appreciate the disclaimer. The moment I heard the subject I paused and wanted to add one observation. Note the the Philippines single mother crisis and the fact that so many Filipino men – even straight ones – have some very effeminate mannerisms. My observation is that troubled and effeminate men come from female run homes. The prevalence of ladyboys in the Philippines is a manifestation of that. Now I will close this edition as the subject does indeed mmake my stomach rebel

Good topics about “Khatoeys”, as there are many ex-pats in Asia that like them….All the while denying it to other men and society. There are whole bars and places that they go to for patronage to them. In Asia I have found they consider to have “three sexs”, and there you go!
