We often get the same heavy rain at times here in Japan. I just wanted to head out to the supermarket myself, then the heavy rain just started! Maybe it stopped now… ? Time to go.

What city do you live in?
Try Subic Bay…pretty much a month straight of sunny days. I’ve lived in Cebu and Bohol and the climate here in South Western Luzon is far superior.
At least it’s not cold. It’s currently raining hard in California, and it’s cold.
