Recipe:
— Chicken Bone Broth (make from scratch or buy in carton)
— garlic, onion, slice of ginger. (boil with broth)
— salt, pepper, chicken bullion, garlic salt
— 4 tablespoons of corn starch
— a few drops of fish sauce
— Sriracha sauce (for spicy flavor) or a sliced jalapeno
— sliced celery, cabbage and mushrooms
— 5 eggs. scramble in bowl and then add to hot soup
season to taste and serve. 🙂

looks good. It would be very interesting to see more video(s) about expat home cooking in the Phil, including inexpensive sources of food and availability (or lack thereof) of western ingredients
