Hi sir. I’ve heard about something I’d like your thoughts. I’ve heard there’s a new pickpocket thing going on. A Filipino will approach you and hug you tightly pretending he knows you while someone else comes from behind and grabs your wallet from your pocket and runs away. The Filipino will then realize he’s mistaken you for someone else. Then apologize and walk away. Have you heard anything about this?
