Absolutely true. Right now I’m in Mactan Cebu and it’s my best decision. If anyone choose Manila to spend thier tourist agenda, than they will miss the best part of the real Philippines. Organise your trip to Philippines with an itenary include more time in the province of visaya ie Cebu and Bohol.
