I say just lease the land
The same goes for the old or not handsome guy that sponsors a childless Filipina in her 20’s to the United States on a k1 visa. What’s the odds she will run off with another guy “young and handsome “ once she’s settled in her new American life leaving the silly sponsor stuck paying the 10 year financial obligation. Sweet and caring Filipinas Hehehehe
