Since I’ve lived in both I agree they are pretty equal but Cebu city does offer more direct flights to go anywhere you want but in Davao City you get a safer city where you can walk anywhere at night and both cities have pros and cons.
Davao City you can walk anywhere at night but Cebu City just doesn’t give you that warm feeling of being able to walk anywhere at night. Cebu City at night you primarily get IT Park and Ayala Business area Mall and it gets old after a while plus you get a lot more traffic in Cebu City.
I love both cities and yes they are both pretty even with individual pros and cons but I personally value less crime and being able to walk anywhere at night and feel safe in Davao City.

I have noticed pinas with tattoos, how is this viewed by the locals? Does it mean she is a bad girl, your thoughts on Filipinas with tattoos?
What about dating? Which has more amount of girls, also which city has more Morena?
Yea well summed up reekay and iv been cebu few times but I like davao best yea u wont see as many foreign guys in davao like cebu and iv been goin to davao since 1985 much better them days my opinion i knw lots of people there and knw every place there i lived there for 3 years drove car around even to gen san north cotobato too my ex has a house in samal Island which I stay in sometimes wen im there but too crowded now davao traffic a nightmare i set my sights on bohol and northern Philippines now
I’ve heard several people comment that Davao is cleaner, safer and much quieter. Do you agree ?

I had no idea Davao was comparable to Cebu. Maybe I’ll check it out someday!
We flew from Bohol to Davao when we moved here 3 years ago. I live in Camillia Northpoint condos and it is right across the street from Abreeza mall. Gio iwas in a condo across from SM Eckland mall. The is also a high raise condo behind it across form TGIF, there r fewer foreigners here than in Cebu and Bohol. I have never been in the BI here for over 30 minutes to extend and they do it on the same day. In Bohol, you have to return the next day. I have been w/Ne since I came here 4 yrs. ago but I get more attention here in Davao from Filipinas than I did in Bohol or Cebu.
