Share with me here my ongoing adventures of life in the Philippines. Dating, vlogging, cooking, traveling and sharing the information with you needed to make your own plans for living as a full-time expat in Southeast Asia.

  1. Canon G7x (mark 2 or 3)
    Would be my #1 choice..

Verson 3 is better and only costs about $100 more..

I’ve been doing research and your right…

Even a Iphone 13 pro would work very very well…
I phones are so convenient and it solves the problem of carrying 2 devices with you if your outside getting video content..

Sony z1 is another nice option..

    But
If you want easy if use and the absolute best colors in your videos..

    Go with the Canon..
    Always good brand new..
Canon has these several times a year on there website..

    Get a manufacturer (canon) refurbishish..

There like ($579) for the mark 3 version and it comes with a full 1 year warranty.
Or for an extra $115) canon has a 4 year. Plan with zero deductible and includes any accidents if you drop it..

Totally probably worth the $115 extra costs..

    But Yoyr right..
Kniw ahead of time what your going to use it for…

I’m waiting until the new apple phone 14 comes out..

I’m going to look at the camera specs and watch several videos on the camera part before I make my decision…

Both iPhone 14 and Canon G7x version 3 have there strengths…

    But,
I don’t do YouTube videos and but one day I probably will asca hobby
So hopefully the new iPhone 14 will be impressive cause I need to upgrade from my iPhone 10

    Blessings Greg
