Reekay: The safe streets and public spaces ordinance will be re-enacted in several days in Cebu City this is based on Republic act 11313 this deals with staring at women saying things to women that they do not appreciate being persistent and such as asking for their phone number or social media address and it goes on and on it covers almost anything that you can think of if you’re walking down the street and you take a glance at a Filipina because she’s pretty and even look away technically she can complain to the next nearest policeman and don’t think they won’t do it even if you know the girl there for a while she gets mad at you one day and well I don’t have to say any more for those of you who have lived in the Philippines for a while you know what I’m talking about as gentlemen most of us would not be overly aggressive with a girl if she’s not interested here is what’s going to happen it’s just going to take one girl who gets pissed off at some guy that perhaps she has even known for a while, he stares at her or some other nonsense the police get involved the police tell you you don’t want to get charged with this let’s settle this and of course money is going to have to come flying out of your pocket if you don’t believe me well anybody that’s lived in the Philippines for a while knows what I’m talking about I suggest you all go look at this ordinance it’s insanity the way it’s written in the United States we have similar laws but you have to be staring at a girl for a certain amount of time to be charged with this Sunstar has an article on it from a few days ago read it this is just the beginning theyjust don’t want us there anymore this law that they’re passing is directed at foreigners make no mistake about it they know how Philippine guys are and they don’t have any money to pay any fine anyway I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of guys here that are going to say, no this is just trying to keep everybody in line and act like gentlemen, really you think that? watch and see what happens! sorry for the lack of punctuation and errors but I’m rushing through this

23. Another great blog. I really like Bohol myself. Tagbilarn is big enough to have a couple of large malls . ICM ( the nicer of the two) an BQ ( seems to be cheaper on a lot of things). I can build in Bohol on Ne’s parents land. They own land all over Bohol and she will have it when I am gone ( 22 year age gap) I don’t dislike it here in Davao at all I just think Bohol is cheaper to live in and has a lot of beauty as well as a good size city. I also totally trust Ne because she is trust worthy. She is the loyalist woman I have ever known. We have own Sari 2 X stores. She owned them, I stocked them & we worked them together. You won’t get rich off of one but in the right place you can supplement a pension at $100.00 to $200.00 a month. I wouldn’t mine building a small apartment onto a small house .
    I would also like to use it as a base camp for traveling in the Philippines. I don’t believe her parents are going to kill me either. lol. I am renting a semi-furnished apartment now here in in Davao and we are able to save money here, since Ne took her business back. Her daughter has been running it but the casino really wants her to come back. We received a good deal on our rent & it has excellent security. The owners husband is a Davao City Police officer and lives in the same building. lol. Keep those blogs coming. I am still catching up on yours & Gio’s, as well as watching some that I really liked a second time. Ron
