  2. Well, I’m a sailor. I should come into the Philippines sailing. Do the procedure different ? I mean my boat replaces my incoming flight and my throw out ticket. Do you know if there’s specific taxes for the boat ? Is there a risk of skin tax or onboard items declaration, with arbitrary items confiscated or worst of all the boat confiscated? I’m surprised there’s not a lot of sailing vessels coming to the Philippines and besides the typhoon season, t
I can not explain why. Do have any experience or information to share ?

  3. I’m accustomed to leaving the MOST VALUABLE things in a lockbox within a bank. Is this possible or recommended for passports in PH?

  4. And when the Immigration Officer asks you, “What is the purpose of your trip?”, Say, “I’m here to see my best friend Manny Pacquiao!”
That will get you in quicker plus a free shittle ride outside the airport! Hahaha!

  5. Very clear precise tips. Thank you. Now I just got to get there before some new virus breaks out and there’s a bunch of new rules

  6. Alot of this information was a review for me and some was new or an update !!! And does apply to the research that I have been doing on all the different Visas !!! My long term and final goals are eventually stay there good for good and will be applying for Retirement Visas !!! I do know that marriage is a good eventual option but a 6 to 12 months possibility ???

  7. Thanks bro for the valuable information, keep doing what you do and happy new year

  8. Hi Reekay, I’m interested in making money with Youtube. Do you do any SEO to get views organically?

  9. Thank you for the video. So i am supposed to extend visa every 30 days and pay 30$ each time for lets say, 3 years or if i extend visa for 6 months at oncedo i pay 30$ once or 30$ per month ? thanks

  10. Very well organized and presented “how to” tutorial. Have been watching you for 9-10 years now. You have, and continue to, provide so much useful information and insight.

I’m “boots on the ground” to start my new life in Dumaguete in 3 months. Hats off to you and greetings from Texas.

  11. It is very true what you said about the legal requirements versus what happens at the point of entry. I’ve been asked for everything, QR code, ticket within 30 days etc. Other times they just smiled and stamped my passport. Best bet is get the requirements met. The “throw away” ticket is a great idea which I’ll use when I make the final, I’m staying, trip.

One question. For the ACR card, does and expat need pictures for it?

I’ve heard that the 6 months of passport validity is from the date of departure from the Philippines, not arrival.

  12. Gio just made a video and he is having issues that make him going back to the US because he’s been in the Philippines so long , his Drivers License is expired in the USA and needs something like that, he’s having some issues with forwarding mail and is also asking for a mailing address in the USA plus a phone number that is connected to the us , so he is going back to get a cellular service ( T-mobile) and I guess you can watch Gio in the Philippines to see exactly what he’s talking about

  13. Good morning from PAPUA NEW GUINEA. I m working hard to grow my You Tube channel
