You forgot the most important. She agrees to your suggested prenuptual agreement that protects your assets and income stream which only works best in a Philippines marriage as the law is way better for foreigners.

Years ago when I was 30 years old , I was Young & Stupid in Marrying a Cheater & a Liar ? And , I wish I could Have Known these things earlier ! But , now , I am Happy to Learn Them , even Though I may Never Marry again because I am 67 years old . Thanks
