I met a woman online who was one of these. We never met in person, but I was completely traumatized just listening to her story over the phone. She was abandoned by both parents at age 4, then passed from relative to relative until she was 18, encountering all manner of torture and abuse. She then got herself to Abu Dhabi as an OFW, where she encountered even more abuse. She came back to Cebu penniless having been cheated out of her life savings by another Filipino in an investment scam. She was hiding out from the same relatives who abused her because they got taken in the same scam and blamed her for it. Just tragedy upon tragedy upon tragedy. She was also quite good looking. My point being that when things go wrong in this culture, they can go really wrong. These dragon ladies don’t just fall out of the sky. A lot of these women have been through real hell in this culture and it de sensitizes them in ways you can’t even imagine. Many of them witness horror in their own families and it takes away any capacity for compassion when things don’t work out. If you see signs of that in the early stages, don’t ignore it.

I love filipina women. Your view ignores that desperate west men crave asian women and think they get a pass.
As anywhere you go there are good & bad apples even angels has lucifers bunch as they say

“Vicious and devious” and maybe deadly. I’m married 15 years to a wonderful provincial woman. Living here for the past 7+ years I have come to realize how lucky I got. Reekay I call the bad ones Dragon Ladies and have known ‘sulong’ because of them. I know of 2 instances where both foreigners were killed by assassins with the obvious perp a Filipina. Both cases uninvestigated and unsolved.
My ex was 32 when were together over there and her parents had a helper girl 19 in the home and my ex got it in her head this girl was trying to steal me and she chased after her with a car and physically attacked the girl if she was not already pregnant with our son I would have left her she was so vicious and crazy. She up and disappeared leaving me with our 13 month old son to move half way across America to try to find a rich guy our son turns 5 next week and she has not had contact since then
I was chatting with a filipina that I met on Filipino Cupid. She had a phone with dual SIM cards and actually had 2 accounts on FC. She would try to trip me up by pretending to be another woman on another account by chatting or calling me. But it became obvious pretty quickly what she was doing because the “other” woman would always contact me right after I talked to her because she would have to switch her phone to the other SIM card. And she tried to disguise her voice. And these shenanigans started happening within a few days of my initial contact with her. It was actually pretty funny when I caught on to what she was doing. I was really playing up to the “other” woman about how much I was in love with her.

Unfortunately, the terms you used “vicious and devious” are accurate descriptives of these types of women. Thanks for the warning and I hope those new to the “game” will take heed to your words. Such a beautiful picture has been painted of these tiny, cute Asian women, that the newbie would certainly be shocked at what he may find on his quest for a good Filipina partner. Evil does indeed lurk among the good.
It’s a rather jealous culture & a good Filipina doesn’t like competition & most prefer to give all there love to one man.

Interesting inside information I’ve heard a few stories here and there I believe age is one of the more important factors in terms of maturity and what it is you’re looking for. Thanks for the insight always a pleasure to listen in.

#1 You should never let Facebook know exactly where you are while you were on vacation. You should never let your Facebook followers know exactly where you are when you are on vacation.
#2. Be very wary if you meet a Filipina and date her from a distant province and she doesn’t want you sharing photos of you and her on Facebook. Typically it probably means that she’s leading a double life and dating some guy or even married to some guy in her own province. Some of them take it so far as to even hide their kids in their province and you wouldn’t find out about it since she met you in the city far away from her family and her other life.
After the two years of quarantine when Philippines opened up there were a lot of younger dudes rushing in who didn’t understand the game there and now you’re hearing the horror stories.
I hide my friends list on Facebook.
I also keep multiple accounts: Family, Fun and Business- and I keep them separate.
I also don’t use my real name.
I don’t want anyone or their friends scouring through my photo albums.
There are some public photos of me, but thus far, my discipline paid off.
But what kills me is how Facebook will suggest your friends or family to your contacts and circumvent your hiding of your friends list.
This is why I’m happy Apple’s security settings severely crippled Facebook and its spying.
Yeah I’m really faithful to my girlfriend. I always tell her when another girl wants to flirt because I’m not smart enough to be a cheat. I would get caught right away plus I don’t want to hurt my girlfriend by cheating. I would feel terrible if she cheated on me as well.
