My average is 140 but take metformin twice a day
I’m diabetic myself, so I know how difficult it can be to get things under control. Congratulations on this milestone! You might know this, but regular exercise can have a dramatic effect on your blood sugar control. For example, if you did 30 min. of moderate exercise every other day, eating what you are eating now, you could expect that 160 to drop to @ 90. This is based on my experience, of course, and mileage may vary, but it is well worth the effort, and will allow you more choices on your menu. But first we have to get you back into fightin’ shape! Keep up the good work!
Are you on Metformin? If so, do you take one a day or two? If not, why not? Thanks for sharing this info…so many men fail to keep an eye on their glucose and A1C like they should.
Glad you doing good I been a silent follower of yours for over 6 years you helped me out allot I’m now married to my Filipina wife and she’s here in the states with me
Correction.. my blood glucose is not 163, but rather even lower at 136!
