If the only thing you are able to save while in the USA is a house and lets say its worth about 400k USD in the phillipines that is the equivalent of about 1.5 million dollars. You can live the rest of your life and comfortably in phillipines with a nice lady. Just keep your money invested and live off the earnings. Plus Social security money is Gravy.
