  2. A timely reminder especially regarding women. Because they can be so flakey it’s easy to fall into the trap of dating multiple women so that you always have an option when one flakes on you. All this does is bring a world of complication and stress.

  3. I’ll try the “window of clarity” in the mornings. Thank you so much for the suggestion and for the videos. I’ve learned a lot from them.

  4. Simplicity , yup, that’s the key. Some of the best advice ever. As for tracking money, I have found Quicken works well as long as I keep up with it. I can see where I’m overspending, and if I am spending more than’s coming in. The toughest part is dealing with cash expenditures and entering them in a timely fashion before I forget. Where you use a lot of cash on a daily basis that notebook you mentioned could be handy. Otherwise, Quicken keeps me on track.

  5. Anyone looking at my waistline could tell you, more is not always better. I keep trying to be a gut minimalist…
