i eat balut, goats head, dinuguan and also bagoon but durian is disgusting, tried it 3 times, cant stomach it.but the smell of durian is the most typical smell of asia…..

It’s easy to rack up the calories with Durian too. It’s high in fat and calories. Almost as much as an avocado but of course it’s much sweeter than avocado so it’s easier to eat a lot more
Hi Reekay, what requirements do I need to go back to the Philippines?
Never tried it yet. I’ve heard it’s a very tasty fruit, with a very bad smell.
Does Vi eat balut and salt fish too?
I love durian – don’t smell, just eat it. It is sweet and creamy.

It is actually tasty not as good as mango specially if it is cold. The smell does not bother me at all. I eat it easily. I bought three whole Dorian and when I brought inside train in my bag people thought my shoe smell. LOL.
Do you or Vi like Jackfruit?
I’m not really a fan of durian bro. The taste isn’t bad but the smell just makes it a no go for me lol. My favorite is the mangosteen. That’s delicious! I’ve got a question. Do you take American style spices over with you? I have ALOT of trouble just finding spaghetti sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, you know just basic spices and other stuff.
Durian tastes awesome! I’m in Mactan right now, had some the other day. Ice cream is pretty good analogy, it’s nature’s custard.
Some pinoys hav said to me there durian tastes like heaven and smells like hell . Haaa
I never herd of any Filipino or filipina who doesn’t like durian!! Good for them only lol
Just remembered I need to have some of my durian. Yummy . Reekay you are missing out. I think she meant to say it has alot of sugar.
