I’m presently living in dumaguette and I see fewer foreigners I was on the ferry I was the only foreigner I noticed when I’m in the mall or hyper mart I see only a few. Have also visited moalboal Beach resorts and the same. Maybe because the Philippines still require vaccination with the booster.
There are many new vloggers all over the Philippines now. They are spewing videos of place that have been covered many many times. And don’t get me started on the meeting in the airport for the first time videos. Bla Bla Bla
there use to be around 8000 there at one time.. there’s way to many in the ph..i live south, i use to see 1 or 2 a year.. now i see one every day now..
I am moving to probably Valencia within a year and a half. Spent 16 years in the Philippines and 15 in Thailand. I will open a YouTube channel but will not be showing the inside of a hotel room over and over and over. My channel will focus more on history in the Philippines including the cave in Samar I found with about 70 American GI’s shot in the head by Japanese…The history the Bataan peninsula , My old landlord who was a houseboy for a Japanese kamikaze unit in Mabalacat…I have stories with the photos

I could tell you the reason, too many restrictions, free up this covid vaccine thing, that is what’s stopping me
Way way too many, it’s as if most of them think it’s the only place to live in the Philippines.
The shame of it is, there’s many much better places to live & for all different reasons.
Jeez, the Philippines has 7000+ islands & yet most expats hardly travel outside where they live.
