  2. Wow Reekay…. Much respect for the talk thank you so much for being honest about what you went through as many people can relate. I hope to be in Cebu by end of June or beginning of July…. Hopefully my wishes someday that we can meet up and have a coffee….

  3. Peace of mind is priceless bro. I just try to keep this 1 saying in my mind. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, thats why they call it the present. Enjoy the moment and the hours will take care of themselves.

  4. Thank you Reekay. I experienced the same in shanghai. Being there was ongoing happiness. Saying good bye to the treadmill was a pleasure. It was my first destination upon retirement. Yes i have travelled prior to going to Shanghai. Every thing fell into place..i made good friends in Shanghai and i was invited to teach English. No i am not a qualified English teacher but that fact did not prevent me from teaching on a voluntary basis. I started teaching in Shanghai in 2008 and travelled back and forth until 2016.. I do hope that those who want to venture during their retirement find the peace and happiness that i did. Bless you. I enjoy your vloggs

  10. Hi my friend, I’m unvaccinated too and wondering if there is any sign of the Philippines remove the restrictions on the unvaccinated. I’m planning to settle down in the Philippines in 2025 with my filipina who is now OFW. I’m living in Australia right now.

  11. Great commentary Forgiving and Loving yourself and /or making amends is a great step in spiritually evolving. But who is hiding behind that mask of our mother, father sister, wife? Even at some point our loved ones will leave us or us them.

  12. It’s funny, being a writer I always have something to do. And I always really enjoy it. Not that it’s not hard because I never outline. But I’m ready to meet someone (female) after so long. Hope to see you guys soon.

  13. Awesome video. And how you feel about you’re fiance is exactly how I feel about mine. We are just so compatible in many ways. She is a province girl and like me, she just wants a simple life and be together forever. But I really enjoyed this video. Great advice. Thanks.

  14. You are 100 % right Reekay on what you said. I have found myself in that boat before and now that I am retiring I getting the same feeling but I know how to work through it because having been there before.
