I have concerns. I’m 60, but was married to two very beautiful women. I was a bit of a Chad when I was younger. I know this can be seen as shallow, but I’m probably too picky for my own good. I haven’t traveled over there yet, but am seriously thinking about moving there…soon. I worry that I won’t be able to find a girl that’s pretty enough for my tastes. But, I also worry that if I do, she will only be trying to scam me for money. Now don’t get me wrong…she does not have to be a 20 year old 10. I’m not even sure I would want a girl that young, or that perfect, because it just seems too unrealistic.
I also worry about how I would be able to know which girl is bad news, or trying to scam me, and which girl is serious about love. And, if she seems like she is bad news, how do you end that so there is no drama?
I don’t plan on sex until I find one I truly want. Not at all interested in “sex tourism.” I’m of two minds. Go over there, stay single with no girlfriend, no dating, and just enjoy a peaceful life. The other mind is to go to a big Protestant church, and see if any women in there are attractive to me. If it would happen that I find a real girlfriend, and possible future wife, I would just continue to go to church there, with her.
I do also worry about how I would handle money. How do you keep from getting scammed. If, for instance, I found a pretty 30 year old, what is the likelihood that she’s just with me to get money for her family? How do you insist on not being an atm for her family, if even a good girl starts asking for money?
Another question is unrelated to girls. I’m wondering how effective Star Link is over there, and can you get it if you live in an apartment? I would have around $2k per month, so I could also possibly rent a house in the Provinces. But I know power goes out. I might buy one of those solar generators from 4Patriots, so I could use Star Link and my computer, even when the power goes out.
Final question. I worry about taking anything over there, but I also know I wouldn’t be happy without my $6k gaming computer. Would this make me a target for thieves? What are the odds, if I rented a house, that I come home from a day out, only to find everything of value has been stolen. I know there’s a lot of poverty there, and poverty can make some people desperate.
Oh…last last question. I saw news articles a little while back that the government there was inviting the U.S. Navy back into the bases. Is this true? I haven’t seen anything recently, but then, I thought they might be doing this quietly…out of the news, so as not to provoke a response from China. In other words, China would know, but because there isn’t any news about it, they don’t lose face. They don’t have to do anything rash to not appear weak. Anything you know about this?
