What bothers me the most about stories like this. And there’s a lot. Is the sense of pride and accomplishment Filipinos get from lying, cheating, stealing, and scamming people and foreigners in particular. If I bragged to my parents I steal from people for a living they would take the belt and stick out and beat me mercilessly. However, in the Philippines they puff up with pride doing this. It’s like graduating from college, watching your first child being born, winning the lottery. They are scamming people that are helping them. One reason I left the Philippines as this is much more prevalent than what is being spoken about.
If it wasn’t for channels like this. We would never hear about it.
So the first guy was simply a chump. I have no sympathy because you warned him and gave him a healthy reality check.
The second guy, it’s an unusual situation because he’s a confirmed bachelor, it was appropriate for him to explain they did not have marriage or kids in the future. And because he was open and honest, it probably took the edge off the eventual breakup. Of course over time, they could have changed their mind, and that’s something that they could have discussed once she graduated. But for a few years, it sounds like they enjoyed life together, and her future is brighter because of it.
I love all the bikini pic’s on your channel. I had no idea how beautiful Filipino’s were. 😀 Very smart advice, not for just men considering the Philippines but men in general everywhere.
What are men doing sending money to women in the Philippines? If all men stopped sending money to the Philippines they would change their ways. Westen men sending money to the Philippines is creating a welfare culture .
I am lucky with my state pension-if I spend all my money on a cute Flipina in one month-I’ll wait until the 1st of the month and start again!

Very Good End Statement. What I heard was the Filipinas both had the same thinking. It was the foreign men that had a different way of thinking going onto that relationship. My thinking is any Filipina still in school or university is to young and you need to find a girl a little older. Likewise a Filipina above 35 and has no kids probably has different issues. Most Filipinas are very cute and fun to be with – but there are many over there that want a foreigner BF – so go slow and get to know them well and know up front how much BS you are willing to put up with. They have a different culture and they are women and think differently. Research that before getting into the game !!
There are those who convince themselves of a world they fantasize about, instead of staying grounded in life. Sure, there’s those rare instances of those LDRs working out, but in most cases, they fall apart when they get to be together. Distance allows a great deal of freedom to hide and pretend whatever one choses. Perhaps meeting acquaintances is viable, but the concept of any romantic entanglement is closer to being a pipe dream. It’s difficult to actually get to know people from afar. With that in mind, people shouldn’t let their desperation and emotions get the better of them. Then again, the world doesn’t always play fair with everyone.
That’s why getting in shape is so important… It helps with that kicked in the balls feeling when the impermanence of life and relationships dawns on you and you are at the bar saying to mr death “can I stay for one last drink”?
Ps. You’re the only guy who talks sense about the Philippines and relationships. It calms my crazy mind when I think about it all too much. Should be mandatory listening for all men of whatever age going out there.
Ughhhh! Find the Place you want to live. Move there. The Girl will find you, chase Her until she catches you.
A good rule of thumb is…when they ask for money… time to move on.
Opportunity makes the thief.
Most boarding houses are about 1500php to 2500php way less than $120/month. They are usually about $50/month since they are very basic. The Philippines is getting more Westernized every day and all the dumb ass guys need to knock off the handing out money like it grows on trees.

We all know that middle-aged guy, who of modest financial means and average appearance, full pot committed on an absolutely stunning young Filipina, brought her to the West, married her, financially supported her family, helped her get her green card, and, within a month of that, found himself being served divorce papers once she found a far wealthier landing spot (in this case a doctor). To all those similarly situated guys out there who found “true love” on a dating service with a young, super-hot, 11, do your diligence, spend quality time with her in person, and ask yourself, is this person a flight risk?
He was stupid, pure and simple. What was she going to do with him when she finished school. How can these guys be so simple mentally. She has her future a head her, and anybody with any sense know it doesn’t include a old man. What’s going on is they are buying these young women and the men that does this think these women are stupid. They are not! There’s nothing wrong with the Filipina, but there’s something mentally wrong with any guys who behave in this manner.
These women have no shame.

Boarding houses are a lot less than $120 a month. Closer to 2000php per month

Wow. Amazing how some men are so lonely they make terrible decisions.
Every father should teach his son at an early age, “Pussy is never free, you either pay a little up front for it or you pay much more later on.” In the UK guys case, he paid for 3 years and never got any. That’s the worst deal any man could make.
A fool and his money are soon parted. Sometimes it ends up just being very expensive sex.

It is one thing to give money at a level where if there is no return, it won’t affect my life. But if it reaches a level that it impacts my standard of living, I am with the wrong woman.
