A western man in a country with a lower average per capita income gains a huge increase in his Sexual Market Value there, relative to the (on average) poorer foreign men he competes with, but as soon as he brings a woman from the poorer country to his country, his SMV advantage evaporates. Now the woman is in a country where she is surrounded by men who are, to her, “ex-pats”. She no longer needs to settle for a man decades older than herself, for example. Now she has the full selection of men in the wealthier country that were the reason the first man had to go to a poorer country to find a woman of her caliber. So I don’t think the problem is that bringing a woman home “westernizes” her. Rather the problem is that it massively increases her access to the full range of western men, including men who don’t have to cross oceans to find a woman. The foreign woman is therefore likely to react to the western “Chads” the same way that western women do, by hypergamous mating. If you are a 50-something or 60-something western man, you can’t out-compete the 20-, 30-, or 40-something “Chads” in your home country who are “dating” (to put it politely) most of the attractive young local women. If a new attractive woman from another country gets into the mix, the local Chads will happily add her to their rotations.

Stupid is as stupid does
An American married a bargirl working in Pattaya and brought her back to the USA. She got a job in a restaurant and befriended other Thai women in the area. Before you know it she started having sexual relationships with other men, even bringing men into her home when the husband is gone. Probably 95% of working girls are not worth having a serious relationship with.
Same old story.
I think there is the best time to plan to find a life partner in the Philippines. That’s when you have a steady supply of money coming each month, your time is free to stay as long as you want, and have your life is under control to take in another person, and be able to coexist together properly to build that bonding relationship, which takes time and experience’s to share to gage a true fit and alignment of both together.
Do you think that they likely would have stayed together had he moved to the Philippines, and worked online? Or is it your opinion that still they would have broken up considering the bar girl thing and age difference.
Excellent video and analysis. He obviously missed the basic questions. What does she want to do? I think a better strategy would have been to keep her in the Philippines in school and support her. Travel often and have fun together. Start a family in the Philippines but if he did not want kids then he should realize the relationship is time limited. What is the best strategy to hook a Filipina and keep her with you when you bring her to your home country? I never plan to live permanently in the Philippines, but want to visit often and have a beach home…seems like it’s risky bringing a young Mom back to USA? How to reduce the risk?
