  2. Hey Reekay, Many doctors at Clark Medical center are no longer accepting FMP. I had 3 spinal surgeries there but last Wed I went for my final fusion of L5 to S1 but the surgeon says they cant do it that FMP has not been paying them and the surgeon who is the best in the Philippines doesnt know any Doctor that will accept FMP now. Bangkok Hospitals in Thailand says no problem accepting FMP, So in Feb Im heading to Thailand for the surgery.

  4. Number 1 for every man on the planet is to stay fit. It will only take you an hour per day with pull-ups push-ups sit-ups and squats.

  7. I made the decision. Before leaving the US, I put my house for sale, went on line and sold some stuff, gave some furniture to family member and friend, applied for passport and early retirement, got plane ticket and never looked back. It is a little scary imagining yourself waking up in a foreign land and in another part of the world. But I just let the adventurous adrenaline take over. I’m glad I did.

  9. Sometimes the best tool to move forward is your metaphorical pair of pruning shears…clearing out old plans that no longer make sense to free energy and resources to what you really want to do with the rest of your life. Hope your trip back to the Phils is safe and soon.

  10. Isn’t it crazy when you go back to the USA and the Airbnb costs are like 5x or more per night than SE Asia? For me it’s hard to even believe the difference

  13. Realizing what’s really important & enjoying the simple things often requires a little solo time & not being totally consumed w/computer, phone & tv.

  23. Everyone needs to reassess where the are from time to time. It is a tool or a process for reaching goals one sets for him/her self.
