  4. I’m all ears as I view this video, yet, my eyes just can’t seem to focus on you, this time. Why is that?

    Cardinal rule #?, Henry; Never allow your pretty, young girlfriend to appear on any of your videos, without a bag over her head, because sharks will smell blood & begin to circle! In fact, move far away from where there are any other foreign guys – especially those young techie guys – perhaps, even ANY guys, before it’s too late!

    Country, culture, and all of a sudden ur back in the Philippines in the Cebu area……what happened.
    You were making REAL HONEST SALES PITCH FOR VIETNAM. INCLUDING INTERNET

    1. why do you ask, ‘what happened’? vietnam is still amazing, and i plan to return at some point. i met someone in davao and decided to spend time with her in the ph. why is that confusing for you?

  19. Nice girl, Reekay. And you can’t beat that view of Cebu from the high rise terrace. Cebu is a fairly green city as you look out towards Marco Polo. Nice.

  20. Interesting isn’t it? On our birthdays we tend to be reflective and be grateful for all the good things that have happened in our lives. Also that number we turn does give us a signal to make new plans for the future. Nice video Henry. Good to see life has been good to you.

    1. her parents actually advised her and her sister, life would provide greater opportunities if they chose a life without children.

      her sister is married and living in the province still. but vi (my g/f) is happy being with me knowing that children are not part of our future.

  33. I left the Philippines on February 8 due to the corona-virus scare. Now I feel fortunate for not having luck with the ladies. No survivors guilt for leaving someone special. If you are an expat still living in the Philippines better take a hard look at the coming storm.

    1. china is an obvious hotspot. but currently one’s chances are about the same in the ph as most any other country.

  35. open question: those chairs at the O:55 mark, can anyone just occupy them or are they for customers only ??? Thanx in advance

    1. those (and other chairs/tables) on the outer terraces are for customers of the nearest resto. the open-seating, below, where the paths and fountains are, those are available to the public.

  36. I just got back from my annual month in P.I. and managed to not get pregnant or married, but since I avoid bars and red light districts and dating sites my profile is diminished greatly

  58. I really enjoyed seeing the Ayala Mall at close range and the view of Cebu City as have in-law relatives who live there. With the travel ban in place for anyone coming from China, Macau and Hong Kong, I suppose tourist numbers would be down there at the moment. My wife worked in Cebu City in the 80s on the port development. She says Cebu City has changed a lot since then.

    1. i met Vi during my visa-run, back in september, so i decided to come to the ph so we can build a relationship in-person. i’m not into LDR. but we plan to go to vietnam together next year.
