Stopped drinking after leaving US. That was easy. Stop smoking next. Tougher, but doable.
Should I bring my ‘chucks’?
You’re being too nice to people, don’t just walk and kind of try to stay active. You gotta get after it grind in the gym every day. It keeps your test levels up and keeps you alive way longer. Do hard things on purpose! (please keep in mind I am a Marine Vet, but its still all true for everyone)
