  1. UPDATE:
the way it was written was a bit misleading.. stating that a visa had to be obtained prior to arriving at the PH.
however, included in the wording was the phrase, “if needed”. but nothing about when this would be needed was specified in anything i could see.

as it turned out, what the writer of the bill “meant” to communicate was that only countries not on the list for visa-on-arrival would need to secure a visa prior to entry. making that a bit more clear would have avoided any confusion.

    * so.. it appears now that visa-upon-arrival will remain for those countries that have already been on the list to do so.

  2. The Philippines government needs to fed the millions of starving people The lockdown and the end of tourists and trade Destroyed what was left of the working class Filipino Thanks to the president policy They over played the virus to the point it become money grab In the mean time millions are down to one meal a day proage or rice soup especially in the rural areas

  3. Just grrrreat…. It means I’ve gotta go clear from here in eastern Oregon, into that hellhole and snake pit that is Portland, Oregon to get my tourist visa. Wanted to marry my fiance’ since 2016. Stupid world. I wanted to keep working online and live with her there.

  4. hello henry
please talk about the tourist visa
philippina pea in her vlog explained the 30 day visa upon arrival will still be available for certain countries 9hopefully USA will be included)

  5. Great video, Reekay! Really Appreciate it.

How about the 13A visa for those who are married? Any information on this?

  6. Thanks for the info. Any idea what would be the visa for me to stay with my Filipina daughter in the Philippines?

  7. There will be no changes on 29 day automatic entry visit upon arrival,so don’t rush to judgement I know it’s hot out there in Riverside but wear a hat.don’t let the knoggin cook to much.

  8. What’s the deal with foreigners married to a Filipina, still in the Philippines on a tourist or temporary 13A visa. Are they still required to leave the Philippines for 24 hours every 36 months? Or, is this being suspended because of the virus?

  9. Just An Excuse, A Stalling Tactic , Fix The Covid Stalemate, Open The Borders !, These New Categories Look Like A Shell Game, if my future wife wasn’t in the Philippines you could have it

  10. Yes the Philipina Pea just had a visa consultant on her channel and she said it was never the intention to do away with the Visa on arrival for the countries already able to do that not sure who to believe at this point the lady pea had on her channel pea gave an email address might send her an email and make sure that is the case

  11. Thanks for the complete info bro. Pea covered this subject but she didnt go into this much detail. Look forward to meeting you guys for lunch.

  12. Henry, you might wanna watch the Filipina Pea’s latest video. She interviewed a lady (Filipina)that works for a Visa Agency. She said the Visa on Arrival is not going to get buried. After reading the whole bill and analyzing it bit by bit she basically said there is no intention whatsoever from the legislators to bury the Visa on Arrival procedure. Would be great for both sides – the tourists AND the Philippines – if they keep the Visa on Arrival alive and going. Simple and convenient is what travelers want and this should be addressed by countries that depend on tourism such as the Philippines. (At least once this madness is over)

  13. Also I was watching the Filipino P and she had a lady on there beside her that works for immigration this was yesterday and the immigration lady was saying the tourist visa upon a rival will still be there in the Philippines is not going to make you get a visa in your own country before flying over she was saying she doesn’t know where that’s coming from for 29 day visa upon arrival will not change

  14. Hi, Reekay,

Appreciate all your information about the Philippines.

But just looked at The Filipina Pea about this subject. They say that visa on arrival will be still going on.

That’s not for all countries but still for the western countries.

    Greetings from Belgium

  15. Hey, pls check your facts. All those categories are good and fine, but apparently only for non-visa-on-arrival countries (maybe some african countries etc.). Where does it say that the VoArrival is gone or changed?

  16. Sir, obtaining the visa before traveling is not required. Please see the Filipina Pea video interviewing a professional on this issue. Visas upon entry will still be available.

  17. Thanks my friend Henry, house bill 7680, Philippina Pea just updated this with a Visa Consultant.
