  2. Good morning Henry and congratulations on losing some weight. You will definitely feel much better each time you reach your goal. I also enjoy the Bo Staff as it’s my favorite martial arts equipment but unfortunately, I do not have one for practice. Glad to also hear your mom is doing well and enjoying her peaceful gardening sessions! Take care!

  3. I did the same diet for a year and lost 70 pounds. The only problem is that when you have social gatherings, people think that you are being rude or uppity because you used restraints. Good luck my friend. I’ve already gained 40 back

  4. Hi, research Dr. Robert Morse on YouTube. His philosophy is human are fruitarians because the way are G.I Track is designed. He says that meats, grains, beans, and starchy vegetable are not ideal for us humans. Only fruits.

  5. Intermittent fasting and keto/ carnivore diet is easy because no sugar = no cravings…I am going to lose weight again before I get married also.

  6. Reekay it is good to hear that things are going to plan and that you and Vi are solid. God Bless.

  7. Reekay, you and I are about the same age. I’ve been following you for the past 7 years and have learned a tremendous amount of detail about the Philippines. Thank you for that. Can you please make a video regarding your decision making process to get married? Thanks again.

  8. Health is wealth!!! I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for many years. I also do juicing 1-2 times per week and drink kale smoothies on other days. I add Chlorella spirulina berries banana yogurt and use coconut milk. I also eat a variety vegetables , fruits, grilled chicken, fish, and nuts. Stay away from SUGAR processed and fried foods as much as possible!!! I made my diet change 8 years ago and it has completely changed my life in so many positive ways. I used to be chronically I’ll and was dependent on big Pharma drugs but haven’t taken one since changing my diet and haven’t even had a cold since then!!! I also take D3 C B complex Zinc iodine tumeric and probiotic supplements.

  9. I’ve been eating 4 hours / 20 hours for over a year now. I also don’t get hungry afterwards.

  10. Good morning Reekay, very important for people mid-year have a healthy habits, salads, vegetables, fruits, fish, not much meat, sleep 7/8 hours per night … even I smoke 4/5 cigarrettes per day and sometimes one beer or a cup of good wine. Thats what I try to do since a couple of years. Keep safe, take care and best regards from Catalonia-Spain.

  11. I am glad that things are going well for you Reekay. I should be doing what you are doing. It’s kind of hard to do intermittent fasting in the Philippines though…

  12. It’s good to see your mother is doing well. I wish her good health and many more years.

  13. Intermittent fasting definitely works I started it strictly in 2020 and had amazing results. I do the small meal or snack then a mid size to large meal. I got lazy with it but now it time to get back on track. That bow looks very fun, I might add that.Good luck on your journey.

  14. Intermittent fasting? Good lord! You are definitely learning about health. And you’ve got a long, long way to go. I wish you luck. You’re going to need it. Learn how the human metabolism works. Study it. Understand it. A fast metabolism burns caloric intake. A slow metabolism does not. Your metabolism can be trained to function efficiently or it can be destroyed and run slowly. Fasting is the quickest way to destroy it. Ever heard of yo-yo dieting? Of course you have. Learn to train your metabolism to burn caloric intake. It’s easy to learn. You can’t write books about to make money, you can’t sell “diet plans,” you can’t sell prepared diet meals, because the info is free. Google is your friend.

  15. just want to encourage you on your fitness and health improvement journey reekay .. little steps will lead you to big health gains over time .. keep at it

  16. That’s some awesome martial arts move. Good luck with your health and your diet.

  17. Good Luck on achieving your health goals and congrats on the weight loss!! I have done intermittent fasting before and also now and the 1st time I did it the weight came off quick. However now its taking longer. I have found meal size is now more important as well. I am hoping Bong Bong will eliminate the one health pass very soon and make travel there a lot easier. Good to see your Mom in her element !!!
