1 bedroom apartment, Ermita Manila, J bocobo st, Cityland apartments (40 story building) $3500 a year, addition 1500P maintenance fee monthly.
This building is 3 blocks from USA embassy or 2 blocks from Robinson mall.
I rented a studio, Lapu Lapu furnished $200 monthly.
