I’m so happy that you are embracing the natural health movement, like carnivore and ketosis and Paleo. I’ve been following Dr. Ken Barry and Dr. Sten Ekberg for a long time. The routine I follow is one meal a day usually a 20/4 feeding window with a 72 hour fast once a month and I am currently working up to a seven day fast once a year. So far five days is my record, next year will be six and the next year after that will be seven.
