  1. Just rent. You can move at anytime. You can get fully furnished apartments for more or get a place and buy the furniture. They’re around 100 per month and nice.

  2. Recently I was watching the Campbell blog and now they have separated. Mr Campbell donated a house to his wife’s family. Great investment!

  3. Watch out for the Jesebel evil spirit , that is exactly what happened to my husband when he retired there. She scammed him for child support and bought her and the child a house in her name. I told him to go to the US embassy to claim the child , but the embassy wanted a DNA done for all three of them. She was refusing to have it done but my husband insisted. After paying child support fir 5 years, the embasdy sent the tests in Ohio, USA . Guess what, he is not the father. So watch out for these scammers. My husband is a retiree, and dual citizen. God bless.

  4. I know of soneone did the same thing . Never met her before just chatting online . Built a house and now his money is gone . I told him not to do that but did it anyway

  5. I agree with you on that. Never buy houses for them at all. Even after marriage. I would say save money and wait after three years and then decide to buy a house. However, that wasn’t the case for me and my partner we have been together for three years and will be married in March of next year. I did buy her a house after one year of dating etc… But it was under a Pasalo contract (Assumed Mortage). I can walk from this deal anytime I want because I make payments every month and its all in her Name. Plus I also have a lease agreement for the house and lot. Etc….
