All my trikes and bikes have puncture slime inside.. have not gotten flats. But in honesty I have had to replace cut tires. Very cheap either way.

It happened to me about a week ago thank god there was a tire vulcanizing guy just right close but he was able to patch it hundred pesos and it was also the rear tire which is harder to do
