  2. Your arguments for no tattoos are well stated and reflect my own bias against dating tattooed women. While I won’t say it’s an absolute hard “no” for me, since there can certainly be occasional exceptions, more frequently than not it is a huge disqualifier. About the only characteristic that I consider a bigger disqualifier for me is whether a woman smokes That one is without any exception, and for all the reasons, as you outlined them, that tattoos are undesirable, and more. An otherwise absolutely gorgeous woman becomes average at best in my eyes once either of those two characteristics become visible to me.

  3. The decision to get a tattoo seems the same as the decision to smoke, involving short-term thinking, immediate reward, and influence of peers. While people with those qualities might otherwise be quite affable, I wouldn’t give them any money to invest.

  4. “Life decision criteria.” I suffer a little PTSD. Having worked the prison system for over 20 years in the State of California, USA., tattoos are never a good idea. In my view they always represent poor decision making.
I recognize that our many military personnel get tattoos representing their commitment to their service and fellow soldiers. It is in that vain that I understand their decision making process. However, I still do not agree with their decision. A more appropriate decision for me would be to wear a ball cap indicating their commitment.
Yeah, yeah, I’ve heard the other arguments too, their bodies are a canvas for their art, and etc. In all of it, to me, it’s just someone who is trying to convince me that they are something that they are not. For example, a “Tramp Stamp” is exactly that. She’s a tramp, not a desirable woman that I can’t live without.
This damned PTSD sucks. Thanks for listening. I feel better now.

  5. This is an insight that I would never have thought about. You offer more information that many (at least me) would never put together. Thanks.

  6. If I have tats….who am I to say anything to a girl who has them?….but I’d venture a guess and say there are just as many good filipina with them as there are without. 1 persons history with them is not the be all end all for anything

  7. Any woman can ruin her body with a tattoo, and many are doing just that. To me, a tattoo is a sign of a character flaw and lack of self respect.

  8. Any kind of tatoo is a BIG turnoff for me, no matter if she is a 10! My Thai fiance has none at all and that’s the way I like it. We are also non smokers and only may have a mixed drink at a social function or nice restaurant.

  9. My GF has a small butterfly tattoo on her back between her shoulder blades. She got it after her brother died during COVID. It’s not visible under her work attire. I don’t mind it at all

  10. I see an attractive woman , then i see she has tattoos and she is no longer attractive to me

  11. I agree, when it is a poor decision, it will be a No. Add a poor decision with a poor artist and they end up with a mess.

  12. If a man is 50 and older, he grew up with tattoos on a woman being for the streets. But this is where the age gap and beauty standards do not agree. If he is going to invest in a woman under 30, which is a full generation gap, he will need to accept it probably comes with the territory. Like most men, I find it disgusting, but in order to be with a much younger woman I will have to remind myself these women do not think like I do. I have decided to accept a few small tattoos as long as they do not draw a lot of attention away from her overall looks. If she had large tattoos on her leg, arm and neck, it is a hard pass.

  13. As somebody who listens to metal music and hearing that places like Cebu City having a huge scene there, I wouldn’t be to surprised seeing a lot of filipinas with tattoos.

  14. well said – a Tattoo is a reflection of the persons weak judgement and emotional stability usually. Especially if they know it hurts theyre ability to get a job. Shows a lack of foresight and self respect. It always grieves me to see a beautiful woman mar herself w permanent graffiti. … and graffiti devalues most surfaces, cheapens, looks trashy. Its sad and looks like a skin disease from any distance. Another instance the Phils has held better social/personal standards than the US. The US looks more and more like a primitive backward society anymore.

  15. Also for me Reekay I won’t date a smoker because I’m into health plus it’s just gross to see a woman smoking…

  16. Yeah Reekay I agree…if the girl has a small one like a flower or butterfly that’s not seen like a 1 inch than I can live with that….

  17. Tattoos and. More than two piercings on the ear lobe..

You will see that earlobe piercing is a similar thing…

  18. Nooooo, can’t stand tattoos and especially on a woman. Just destroys their bodies in my view. I would not be with a woman with a tattoo no matter how beautiful she was. A tattoo cuts a woman’s rating in half, a 10 becomes a 5 etc etc

  19. So glad you are exposing these details about dating and especially dating in specific cultures. The western world is so poisoned with feminist ideals it clouds good sound character judgement. Far too many men in the west today actually believe that the woman is always right no matter what she does. Everything under the sun is acceptable as wife material in the west and our television shows and media in general are a big part of that problem.

  20. I cannot understand why women have not worked out yet that most men dont like tattoos. The ones that do will probably change their mind once the tattoos get old…..Tattoos on women a big no from me.

  21. When shopping and seeing girls with tattoos I think to myself I would never have hired her. Add in the nose rings and earrings in the eye balls and my head explodes. haha All silently of course.

  22. No tattoos is one of the main reasons I want a girl from the PH. A tattoo is the biggest red flag for me in America, or anywhere. It tells me she is not only comfortable with letting a stranger touch her intimately, and has a low self esteem, and fallows trends no matter how permanent, that she does not care to be taken seriously, ever, but also that she PAID for those things!!

Hells to the NO! A girl that would even consider that, is the exact opposite of the girl I am looking for. Great video!

  23. maybe they get them to attract tatooned men of which there are many western men out there that are inked.

  24. Permanent Tattoos, even small discrete ones are not desirable. Why can’t people get transfers like we did as kids. Great fun for a day but they get washed off.

  25. I have a 6 inch tattoo on my left ankle love it.. I worked in the banking industry for 12 years and then healthcare . I’m highly educated and intelligent with a good job and financially independent. A Filipina with a tattoo.

  26. TATTOOS ARE DISGUSTING IN A YOUNG LADY. THIS INDICATES A PERSON WITHOUT ANY PERSONALITY COPYING WHAT SOME IDIOTS OF SO-CALLED FASHION PROMOTERS DISPLAY. IT IS ANTI FEMININE AND BEAR IN MIND THAT THEY WILL FACE SKIN CANCER WHEN THEY GET OLD. ESPECIALLY FOR FILIPINAS, I WOULD NEVER EVEN DATE THEM. I CONGRATULATE YOU FOR HAVING THE SAME VIEW. THANK YOU FOR LOADING.

  27. Surely to me is a NO NO NO no matter what country they are.. seeing a tattoo on body of a woman not only gives me a bad feeling it sextually makes me cold

  28. They don’t call ‘em tramp stamps for nothing. Tattoos equal a high body count. A women with a high body count is usually going to turn you into an emotional wreck. If you can sleep good at night with that kind of women god bless you. The sex will be fantastic… but

  29. Tattoo’s? No! To me they are a symbol of western women. I left the US to get away from this stuff. Filipinas are so pretty they don’t need these things

  30. I completely agree. Furthermore, it applies to all women. Maybe more so in the Philippines, but it applies to all women. Women may say that is unfair because men are not judged in the same manner, but men and women are different. Until the recent movement that says men and women are the same (approximately the last 25 years), tattoos were mostly limited to males (even limited to a certain type of blue collar, rough around the edges men). What is fine for men (what I am referring to are tattoos that are covered up with normal work attire) is a red flag for women. When a woman wants to act in a manner traditionally reserved for males, it is a red flag with regard to relationships. Same with men that want to act in a manner traditionally reserved for females (man-buns, earrings, purses, makeup, expecting women to pay dutch for meals/dates, etc). Men and women are different and relationships work best when both sexes respect the differences, rather than attempt to ignore/overcome them.

  31. Unless tattoos are part of the person’s culture, they are not attractive to me whatsoever. A sign of “hard living” as far as I an concerned. Appreciate the topic.

  32. I worked for a snorkel cruise boat company in Hawaii for 8 years. I often took the tours myself. You could tell those with big tattoos from those who had no tattoos or one very small one on an ankle or shoulder. They were radically different. I don’t want a girl with tattoos. A tattoo is a statement to the world. I want a girl who’s statement to the world is kindness, femininity, a dedication to learning, a desire to change things for the better. I just don’t see a girl who is into those things as someone who would desire a tattoo. I completely agree with the video.

  33. In Asia women that Smoke, Drink Alcohol or have Tattoos are considered “Bad Girls”

  34. Allowances can be made for youthful mistakes or differences between generations and culture, but when I see a filipina with tattoos who also smokes, that’s where I connect the dots and conclude that she’s most likely a current or former bar girl.

  35. Tattoos are masculine by nature and it doesn’t matter if the tat is a rose. Women are born with their number one asset -their beauty (closely followed by a good mind), anything they do that damages their beauty reduces their value and self mutilation by tatting themselves displays a lack of care towards themselves. It warns that attitude probably extends beyond themselves. It flags the probabilty of her 2nd asset being also damaged.

The same goes for rings through the nose. It always makes me wonder: does this girl identify as a pig or as a cow?

A man doesn’t bother dealing with the damaged, plenty of other girls out there with their heads screwed on straight.

As to the seemingly poor girl with tats, well it will mean she has a stamp reminder for you every time you see it, of her time with a loser boyfriend who paid to have her marked with his presence for the rest of her life. Plus from the anecdotes that come out of the tattoo industry, a proportion of girls end up banging their tattooist.

The only reasonable excuse I have come across was to coverup scars. I knew a girl who was kidnapped and held in the Colombian jungles by right wing paramiltary, repeatedly r*ped and knocked about. Her tattoos hid the scars of cigarette burns so she didn’t have to be visually reminded of those years every time she took her clothes off.

  36. My former girlfriend at 37 got 2 very large tattoos. 1 between her breasts at the upper down half way to belly button then the other on right side from her waist down mid thigh. Then a horizontal tramp stamp in lower back just above her pants line visible indicating she is available. Said they would fade but they do not and she also had them reined darker, she just turned 40 and 5ft 6, 168cm and beautiful tanned complexion. I know her mother who screamed at her. At 49 she hang out at high dollar clubs and hookah lounges and it is not tobacco and Marijuana and meth in thise pipes. Ecstasy mama powered which customers bring in. She sent me video from tikt9k of her leaving super plastered wearing a long skirt open on one side to the floor and no underwear on and the bush hanging out. Curtained booths is the lounge so most likely it is lucrative for her and her work. Her former girlfriend dated 4 years past told me this. She wouldn’t be intimate with as she does it moneym guess I was lucky. Return to the US for business and a good friend lives in Colombia and she ask me to come for Christmas and New Yeats. I am retired so will spend time with Yiseht and no tattoos.

  37. It’s a turn off to me. If they have a small one that is hidden, I can accept that. But the ones that have the visible tattoos, not in my life.

  38. Generally speaking, you’re right about Filipina women, with tattoos, especially large tattoos. Generally speaking, they are rebellious against their parents, and traditional, Filipina characteristics.
They are not the kind of women you want to bring home to meet your mother.

  39. I will take the non popular opinion here. I LIKE tattoo’s and have many, so does my wife of 18 years. The artwork does not deter from the person. I understand its a preference, but times are changing.. not as bad of a stigma as it was 20 years ago.

  40. Tatted bitches are emotionally damaged to some degree…they’re excellent for fun times but don’t move in with them lol

  41. No with tattoos unless small many are getting to used to there thai countrys which there whole lifestyle is corrupted

  42. I don’t like tattoos on a woman….it takes the beauty away from a attractive woman…

  43. Tattoos are one of the dumbest things humans invented. Soon we’ll hear they’re causing skin cancer. Hopefully that will fix this stupidity.

  44. I believe tattoos take away from the body’s natural beauty. And I agree, large tats on personal areas of the body, big turn off!

  45. Not for me, it just seems to support the idea of a bad element. Two more validation for me is my Granfather had a lot of tatoos arms chest. He said to me when i was young, “boy, he said, if you were not born with it, then you don’t need it”. I just figured he knew what he was talkibg about and presenting his advice without giving it. For ladies, i just do not see the need, as it shows they are not cmfortable in their own skin. So again i say no, not for me.

  46. Tattoos and personalities have nothing to do with each other.
A good person can have tattoos. A bad person may not have any.
When we don’t like something, we look for reasons to justify it..!!

  47. I think, my friend, that you and I (and other viewers) are “Old School” values kinds of people…. you taketh the words out of my mouth on this issue. Tats are a turn-off, mostly.

  48. I so glad I don’t have hang ups about tattoos or I would have missed out on a fantastic woman.
She’s a very successful business woman and could care less what anyone would think of her.
You sound like your shopping for a used car.
