What’s the rental for that place please?
Hey, I have been watching your channel for a while and enjoying it. Your channel is one of the reasons I decided to take the plunge. I am an American living in Cagayan De Oro and I absolutely love it out here. Was wondering if you knew of any good expat communities out this way? I have been trying to find some sort of English speaking communities but I haven’t been lucky yet.

Almost every time I speak to a Filipino woman. And she’s in her home, because of the time difference where I am in New york. It’s usually morning time when I chat with them. I can always hear roosters in the background. Almost 90 to 95% of the time when I speak to them. I guess the rooster is their dog
