  2. Let’s see… forecast for Manila is partly cloudy skies with a change of rain at about 5% on 25th and 26th. On Friday it goes all the way up to 50% chance of rain… Hmmmmm.

  8. Yes, It was raining so hard here in Davao I sent Ne to work in a taxi. She usually takes a Jeepney, I received a severe flood alert. We haven’t had a brown out in the last 6 months here. The bad thing is taxis are harder to get and traffic is bad.
