I got that same problem its hard to not take that afternoon nap
When you’ve finished your coffee and breakfast, maybe set a 30 minute timer on your watch and plan to Hit the CR and leave the house then. That way you won’t be able to take a nap you’ll be in the middle of being out and about in the town.
