Are there any common law marriage laws there?
happy single man in Philippines here a and my 2nd year in Phillipines ..Have a maid 2 times a week thqat cleans wwäshes and buys som basic things..and some normal ladys with normal work in my “blackbook” for FREE “fun ” dates
Already been married /divorced in west and lived long-term with different ladys in Thailand and one in vietnam (not pay for play any of them) .
Philippines is my single country
No woman no cry and problems or drama =)
If it is your first trip to the Philippines do not get married to an LDR. You don’t know the country or the culture. You are going to meet other girls just going to the mall, 7-11, out to eat etc. Discovering you have many options is eye opening. I have dated girls here that have simply introduced me to their friends or cousins. Like Reekay said there are some very liberal girls here. Especially in the big cities. Don’t put yourself in a corner. If the LDR turns out to be the love of your life more power to you; however, your still going to discover you have options.
That first few seconds of audio, sounded like something out of a horror movie.
Hello Reekay. I wrote to you about six months ago when I got to Davao City. Today, Friday, I am in Bohol. You said you live here and I would like to meet you in person. I traveled to Cebu for the first time in 2018 (I believe) after watching many of your videos (and others too). I saw you go through many life changes and I feel you are doing the best now. Blessings
Good advice here. Dont let a girl meet you at the airport or she’ll claim you.
More solid information. Many thanks!
I plan on moving to Dumaguete/Valencia in Jan 2025. I have an LDR with a girl in Manila. I’ll live by myself for 6 months with no expectation to have her join me. I want to figure out ME in a new country and in retirement for the first time. After that we’ll see. As cheap as flights are I figure I can bring her and her kids over for visits.
I believe you about the marriage push in the Philippines. I could see and hear it when I was there for 8 months. Not getting that pressure here in Thailand. I have been with my girlfriend for a year and half and a year in person with her and things are great. When we first got together I asked her if she was looking to get married, she said no. So far so good.
Hey, Reekay.
What would your advice be for someone in their late 20’s looking to immigrate?
(possibly to Ph)
Something is screwed up with the audio at the beginning
Also be prepared that a lot of the girls will try and shame you with you are a waste of time and just looking for fun if you will not marry them within 6 months
Variety is the spice of life. You have lived in both PI and Thailand, why did you choose PI? Was it the English language? I’ve also been to both, and I cant decide. I’m 57 now and want to move soon. I have a decent military pension so I dont need to wait for SS, if we even have it when i’m 62! Really enjoy your videos and i’m glad you found a good girl. Looking forward to the next video. =)
You are really showing discipline in cranking out the good vids! Well done! In in the Philippines now.
