I like your new format much better as you have a wealth of knowledge to share and this is an effective way to present it. If I ever get to marriage again then I would lease a lot for 50 years and build a house on it for my heirs. Also college funds would be in place as well as US status for the kids. The wife should expect to work, just like I did all my life.
