  2. I love the province, on the water. The further from the city, the better. I am not a morning person but when I am in the Philippines I too get up with the sun. I love the beach and being in and on the water, So as soon as I have my caffeine and a shower, the rest of the day is good. I love the heat and sun. I too love BBQ. I also love the smells of the vendors cooking pork and chicken. I ask them to cook my pork on the skewer, longer than normal. I go to bed at 1 AM usually. I do hope I can find a girl who has lots of energy.

  3. You have the right idea when it comes to diet. The best diet is not the most restrictive, but the most sustainable. What’s the use in losing a bunch of weight fast, only to gain it back and more at an even faster rate. Everything in moderation. Moderation seems to be getting easier with age. My body wants (not just needs) healthier food. I still enjoy beer, but I only want 1-3 beers a night; not like my 20s. I put an emphasis on good sleep, which also affects diet, mindset, and recovery from physical activity. I’m happy to hear and see you are healthier each day. Marriage suits you well! Haha.

  4. Hi Reekay… i’m really enjoying that you’re putting out videos again. Do you ever run into Terrance and Beth from foreigner in the Philippines when I was there five years ago I slept in as well. I had a hotel room, but I think nighttime was my favorite. This was in Dumaguete. I hope to return there soon just waiting for my Social Security to get deposited then I can make solid plans. I’m going to keep my house in Michigan. My grandson will rent it out for me as he has a baby on the way.

  5. im isolated and have no friends in my home country, how worse can it get in PH.. i think it can only get better

  6. 10-minutes out from a town sounds nice. My best time is in the morning. I wake early before the sun is up.
