Having been in cebu city for 2 months now..I have to say…if there are no,or very minimal covid cases currently in the Philippines, and Filipinos vaccinated, and any foreigner who enters the Philippines, vaccinated….exactly what are the masks for?…they do understand how hot and humid it is there right?..lol
