what is all the mess on the road? can anyone really safely drive on that?
Those boulders are 'Filipino Safety Cones'. ha! They were doing construction on the left side of the road. Around here, to keep people off the road they line the lane with boulders. Yah. I'm sure there's tax money somewhere to buy real pylons but.. who knows where that money went. Gotta keep your eyes peeled around here, especially driving around at night. Rocks don't reflect like real pylons.
