  1. Once again I find myself drawn to cook a typical Filipino breakfast. It's not too heavy, just right for starting the day with a little carbs and some protein. Another favorite here is Corned Beef in place of Tocino. (Tocino is a sweet form of ham.) It's an easy breakfast to make and one of my favorites. I figured I'd grab a quick photo before gobbling it up. ha!
