[Photos] Me.. Out & About In the Philippines

This is a random collection of images I photographed as I wander about from place to place.  Some are of me, others are just whenever I click on something interesting as I am traveling about.  I add new pics every so often so check back once in a while for the latest.

Feel free to browse through the nooks and crannies of the Philippines as I wander about.  🙂   — Henry V.

After 49 years living in Southern California, USA, I decided to move to the Philippines despite never having been here before. In July, 2012, I took a leap of faith and transplanted myself to the amazing Philippines. I am a single man taking an honest look at all that the islands here have to offer, one day at a time. I hope you find my LBTSea site informative, entertaining and hopefully a bit of each. 🙂 Be sure to visit the Forum and other parts of what the site has to offer. 1. The Philippines is really a great place, Born in England till a teenager, then spent time in Singapore before moving to New Zealand, now married to a girl from the Philippines we love to go there at least every three years, we stay at the Marriott Hotel in Cebu, next to Ayala Mall and use Cebu as our central point for traveling. I have enjoyed your video, photos and comments, and the Spider !! look in April this year we went to stay with my mother in law in CarCar, ( about 2 hrs South of Cebu ) there was one big spider,( And I mean big ) and the kids, well they played with it !! Great stuff really, but hope you settle in and if you get a chance, go to Palawan and visit the Under Ground River, really fantastic.

    1. Yes, I’ve heard the kids play with some of the big spiders. Not me! The Underground River is on my list of things to see, I heard about it just before I got here. SO much still to see and do!! All part of the adventure though. 🙂

  2. Enjoy your life there. You are never alone. You really won;t wanna come back here in the states. You made the right move. Wish I was there right now. Lucky you!
