People of the Philippines. Why do you allow such absurd nonsense to happen in your country? You need to find out what moron came up with this ridiculous concept and have them fired immediately. And what’s up with all the initials? Why does everything have to be so complicated? Why can’t you just call it level one level to level III level four and so on? Why should a country that is so much smaller than the United States have so many more rules and complicated ones at that? I like the Philippines but I hate the government!
And what do they do about the people that can’t even afford to eat let alone by a smart phone so they can show the wrap? Do those people just stay at home and never leave?

I guess it is more tracking stuff for SRRV holders. I got an email the other day with a form to fill out and return that wanted the what,when,where,why about me in the Philippines. family members there, if in school what school, their age, my permanent address there, which I now don’t have. What will they say about that? raised lots of questions in my mind for sure. It also came out of the blue with a very short fuse to return it back to them all filled out. I didn’t even read it until today because I only check that email address about once a week. They sent it on oct 26, with deadline to return by 29th. No idea what kind of trouble I will be in by not returning it on time. Hopefully I will get it done tomorrow and back on it’s way.
The different quarantine designations are essentially meaningless. Take Manila and Cebu City, for example. Manila is on the “stricter” quarantine status of GCQ and Cebu City is on the supposedly less strict designation of MGCQ. But in fact the situation in Cebu City is significantly more restrictive than the situation in Manila. Manila doesn’t require people to use quarantine passes, has a later curfew, and has gotten rid of the checkpoints.
If it wasn’t for “ReekayLeaks” not “WikiLeaks” . Andy Omar would still be playing like he is a moral saint among men. All along Epstein himself was a live and well living in Angeles, Pampanga.

I needed a QR code to leave the Honolulu airport. In the future we will be in a cashless society where every movement and purchase will be documented. It just adds another level of stress to our everyday life. In many restaurants today, their menus are now on a QR code so that that you do not infect their menus, you download the menu onto your cell phone. The New World Order folks are using this virus as an opportunity to bring about their vision of what life should be like in their grandeur visions. The good news: once this virus passes (they all do), Western guys coming to PH for a good woman will have their absolute pick of the BEST looking and sweetest 20-somethings. No settling for single moms, or the ones nagging for money, or those with ANY negative attitude at all. This is a HUGE re-set opportunity for all decent Western guys who want a quality Filipina under 30 but who have been watching PH women get a little too popular and “street savvy”, because most Western guys (the competition) won’t be willing to visit for the first few years after the virus is gone, and the PH economy will still remain down for a while. Stay off the dating websites, stay healthy and just GO there when the virus is gone.

Not everyone has a phone in the Philippines. I just think this is something that was thought of and developed 6 months ago and is being rolled out very late in the game.

A lot simpler in Thailand. Only one QR Apps for all the country to trace where you go and one for airports travel.
I’ve been very much among those who have been going along with all of the guidelines and thought everyone else should as well. I’ve been wearing a mask outdoors, social distancing as reasonably as possible and all that. I used to look at those who characterized COVID-19 as an “aggressive flu” as nutters. I’m losing patience now and my perspective is shifting. Both my parents got COVID. Mom is in her mid 70s, my dad in his late 70s, both came away perfectly fine. The death rate is going down as we have learned better how to manage those with COVID. The lockdowns are getting ridiculous. I’m not about to declare “new world order” like others sometimes do, but it’s time to move on to less rigid approaches. We will not lockdown our way out of this and COVID is not going to go away. I respect that they’re trying and I will continue to respect the ordinances around COVID because those are the rules here and the Philippines is not my country. But enough already. We can manage this in less rigid ways, people are tired of this, and so many businesses are getting crushed.
Bottom line is… With all this tracking and tracing…. There is now the higher and permanent reality of loss of most to all of foreign travel and money ever coming back to the Philippines. If other Countries like Indonesia Vietnam Malaysia etc…. Are more open and free to live and travel… These are interesting times…. Thanks for all your research and clear presentations… You are better than most News sources to be had about the Philippines and Useful content…

The QR code use is much more in use around Davao then you mentioned. Davao now has one, the province.south of Davao has another (Davao del sur) and the capital city of Davao del Sur has yet another (Digos). None are interconnected. I believe Gensan also has a QR code now in use or development. All claiming their covid hospital beds are full. The over 60 crowd (not 65) are once again being treated like mindless , stupid children.
What about the local people that are to poor to buy a phone and load

This QR thing is going to get out of hand here.. You will go somewhere, and not know which QR code is valid.. I read all of Traze, and it said that this QR code will encompass everywhere, not just for airport travelling use.. I went to Robinson’s today, and tried it.. The nice lady security guard said, OH no Sir, that is not the one to use.. I told her that this Traze was developed by the DOH, and was supposed to be used everywhere.. She asked me if I had Viber, and I just filled out the slip of paper to get in the store.. So frustrating…
They will have all these apps with internet reliability that’s slower than a turtle.
Install App on old phone – Go through Immigration – Delete App – Turn off old phone.
Or maybe I just wait until the people upraise against their beloved government.
