  2. Hi Rey we expected to have first vaccine ready in march which will most probably be available there to i from Australia

  3. People of the Philippines. Why do you allow such absurd nonsense to happen in your country? You need to find out what moron came up with this ridiculous concept and have them fired immediately. And what’s up with all the initials? Why does everything have to be so complicated? Why can’t you just call it level one level to level III level four and so on? Why should a country that is so much smaller than the United States have so many more rules and complicated ones at that? I like the Philippines but I hate the government!
And what do they do about the people that can’t even afford to eat let alone by a smart phone so they can show the wrap? Do those people just stay at home and never leave?

  4. What is the vaccine comes out will that change the status for the individuals been vaccinated?

  5. Covid-19 is nothing but the flu. UV Rays kill the virus. Don’t believe me? Research it for yourself.

  6. I am so unbelievably tired of watching the Philippine People just keep banging their collective head against the wall in order to get rid of a headache. When will they ever insist their government end this covrd hysteria hoax

  7. I guess it is more tracking stuff for SRRV holders. I got an email the other day with a form to fill out and return that wanted the what, when, where, why about me in the Philippines. family members there, if in school what school, their age, my permanent address there, which I now don’t have. What will they say about that? raised lots of questions in my mind for sure. It also came out of the blue with a very short fuse to return it back to them all filled out. I didn’t even read it until today because I only check that email address about once a week. They sent it on oct 26, with deadline to return by 29th. No idea what kind of trouble I will be in by not returning it on time. Hopefully I will get it done tomorrow and back on it’s way.

  8. The different quarantine designations are essentially meaningless. Take Manila and Cebu City, for example. Manila is on the “stricter” quarantine status of GCQ and Cebu City is on the supposedly less strict designation of MGCQ. But in fact the situation in Cebu City is significantly more restrictive than the situation in Manila. Manila doesn’t require people to use quarantine passes, has a later curfew, and has gotten rid of the checkpoints.

  9. If it wasn’t for “ReekayLeaks” not “WikiLeaks” . Andy Omar would still be playing like he is a moral saint among men. All along Epstein himself was a live and well living in Angeles, Pampanga.

  10. > > > Philippines No Longer Safe for Foreigners < < < After living in the PHL with my wife and young daughter for the past 18 mos, I am SOOOO glad I returned to the US last week, just in the nick of time. It looks like the Philippines are gearing up for a full frontal Shitshow. The PNP were already giving me a hard time last week at some of their checkpoints when I was leaving from Magsaysay, even though all my documents were current and approved (thanks to my wife). I suddenly felt that foreigners were not welcome any more and I actually felt UNSAFE. (very unusual for me as an x-cop) Needless to say, will NOT be returning any time soon. My wife and daughter will join me in the US where it IS safe and without loaded M-16 guarded checkpoints all over the place.

  11. Hmmm , with all this going on right now curious to hear what will be your personal plans ( Reekey ) , ????

  12. I guess I’ll never get to see my girlfriend and wife to be that lives there in the Philippines. Thanks to the idiots in charge of the government over there. This is total bad news they’re allowing communism over there. This really needs to end. My girlfriend’s family can’t even work because of this stupid trash.

  13. This is the new normal In Thailand you get a wristband that measures your blood pressure your pulse, your body temperature and monitors your location

  14. I needed a QR code to leave the Honolulu airport. In the future we will be in a cashless society where every movement and purchase will be documented. It just adds another level of stress to our everyday life. In many restaurants today, their menus are now on a QR code so that that you do not infect their menus, you download the menu onto your cell phone. The New World Order folks are using this virus as an opportunity to bring about their vision of what life should be like in their grandeur visions. This is the best video I have seen yet on true life statistics on the virus and that fact that 50% of us are already immune to it by catching various cousins of covid 19 in the past.

  15. Wow your president is selling out the Philippines. This should be the killer for tourism in the Philippines. What are they saying the virus will be still prevalent? ??? This stinks of China influence. What’s next

  16. Man that’s like they are trying to control people new world order like having a chip inside of you I don’t like it crazy man

  17. The good news: once this virus passes (they all do), Western guys coming to PH for a good woman will have their absolute pick of the BEST looking and sweetest 20-somethings. No settling for single moms, or the ones nagging for money, or those with ANY negative attitude at all. This is a HUGE re-set opportunity for all decent Western guys who want a quality Filipina under 30 but who have been watching PH women get a little too popular and “street savvy”, because most Western guys (the competition) won’t be willing to visit for the first few years after the virus is gone, and the PH economy will still remain down for a while. Stay off the dating websites, stay healthy and just GO there when the virus is gone.

  18. Maybe it will not open to foreigners again. Maybe they got to many and now they have a way to regulate there population

  19. I won’t travel or move to the Philippines under these restrictions.
Please show me the death rate that justifies these actions???

  20. What’s the point of “opening up” if they are tightening the rules and prohibiting nonessential movement & travel? Sounds like the same thing to me. I just heard good news from a friend an hour ago, and now this just deflates my tires again. Thumbs up for this video because i wont kill the messenger. However, i dont know when i can get my hopes up.

  21. Not everyone has a phone in the Philippines. I just think this is something that was thought of and developed 6 months ago and is being rolled out very late in the game.

  22. All these precautions should have been done a long long time ago. Its been months & there’s been little improvement …

Whatever … it will need co-ordinated efforts from all for this to work as there as still many stubborn or ignorant people out there.

  23. This is the first step toward Communism. Total Governmental control of the people; what a great plandemic !

  24. A lot simpler in Thailand. Only one QR Apps for all the country to trace where you go and one for airports travel.

  25. I’ve been very much among those who have been going along with all of the guidelines and thought everyone else should as well. I’ve been wearing a mask outdoors, social distancing as reasonably as possible and all that. I used to look at those who characterized COVID-19 as an “aggressive flu” as nutters. I’m losing patience now and my perspective is shifting. Both my parents got COVID. Mom is in her mid 70s, my dad in his late 70s, both came away perfectly fine. The death rate is going down as we have learned better how to manage those with COVID. The lockdowns are getting ridiculous. I’m not about to declare “new world order” like others sometimes do, but it’s time to move on to less rigid approaches. We will not lockdown our way out of this and COVID is not going to go away. I respect that they’re trying and I will continue to respect the ordinances around COVID because those are the rules here and the Philippines is not my country. But enough already. We can manage this in less rigid ways, people are tired of this, and so many businesses are getting crushed.

  26. Bottom line is… With all this tracking and tracing…. There is now the higher and permanent reality of loss of most to all of foreign travel and money ever coming back to the Philippines. If other Countries like Indonesia Vietnam Malaysia etc…. Are more open and free to live and travel… These are interesting times…. Thanks for all your research and clear presentations… You are better than most News sources to be had about the Philippines and Useful content…

  27. My wife said “Is it better in a family of 100 people to have a 0.1% of one person passing from covid or to all starve?”

  28. I’ll be moving back to the U.S. if this dont let up soon. I’m willing to fight or die over this in my country. Extreme but this is out of control. There is no deadly virus. I’ve been reading and studying everything around the world. It’s a Globalist take over. New world order. It drives me crazy when so many speak and say, When this is Over, it’s never going to be over. Please get that. Your an intelligent guy Reekay. You could use your platform to get the truth out. Your channel, your choice of course. This is really bad. Thanks for all you do and share.

  29. In other words – ‘we’re the globalists and we’re going to f*ck you to the point of extinction!’. If that ends up being the case, the Philippines is off my radar! Thanks once again Rekay for that very informative info.

  30. You can go to to view all the world news about how the QR code is being used. Its pretty freaky… not just the Philippines is making this the norm. It will be a worldwide tracing system

  31. Have they given any assurance or details on the 65 restriction…that 65 is durable going forward….or is this just another flavor of the week idea?

  32. The QR code use is much more in use around Davao then you mentioned. Davao now has one, the province.south of Davao has another (Davao del sur) and the capital city of Davao del Sur has yet another (Digos). None are interconnected. I believe Gensan also has a QR code now in use or development. All claiming their covid hospital beds are full. The over 60 crowd (not 65) are once again being treated like mindless , stupid children.

  33. This QR code stuff does not replace QPASS and in my opinion force’s ALL pinoy to have or buy a smart phone so they can comply with more new rules..
I expect as usual LGU’s will not be able to comply with there own new rules and they will just go ahead and put the burden on the citizens…. Lastly this CONTROLS even more so
the movement around the city they live in and what hours allowed out

    Sounds like the beginning
slowly of implementation of Marshall law.. LGU will say
    No money… Mayor will say
No money.. Governor will join the no money bandwagon… Then more problems…
Notice they are starting this now just before Christmas
I sincerely hope GOVERNMENT finds the correct people to FIX the issue instead of making it bigger
Just my 2 centavos worth from a damaged old brain

  34. This QR thing is going to get out of hand here.. You will go somewhere, and not know which QR code is valid.. I read all of Traze, and it said that this QR code will encompass everywhere, not just for airport travelling use.. I went to Robinson’s today, and tried it.. The nice lady security guard said, OH no Sir, that is not the one to use.. I told her that this Traze was developed by the DOH, and was supposed to be used everywhere.. She asked me if I had Viber, and I just filled out the slip of paper to get in the store.. So frustrating…

  35. Install App on old phone – Go through Immigration – Delete App – Turn off old phone.
Or maybe I just wait until the people upraise against their beloved government.
This must be a GOLDEN TIME for the Marxist, Communist and Islamic terror groups in Pinas to recruit people who have lost their livelihood.

  36. They just change the name but keep the restrictions . What good is opening up more shops , restos ect if you don’t let people out to shop because they don’t have a Q-Pass ?

  37. Reekay Its the beginning of the end for Phillipines. The Communist Have taken hold of the Phillipine government. Game Over. There is No coming Back.
Find us another country where we do not have to deal with a new communist deep state controlled government. Its a shame a great country that lost its Freedom.

My goal today is, first, to present the facts about how deadly COVID-19 actually is; second, to present the facts about who is at risk from COVID; third, to present some facts about how deadly the widespread lockdowns have been; and fourth, to recommend a shift in public policy.

  39. So what’s tracking people has anything to do with covid? If a year long quarantine didnt work. Then tracking does nothing

  40. Sir. I see you reach many peoples through your site. Research and view the videos that were removed by you tube and Facebook. It’s really scary to think that we have been lied to so much by medical leaders throughout the world. Starting in the USA by Dr Anthony Fauci. People check out this info please. We’re being lied to to creat this false agenda

  41. This is bad! This tracking has nothing to do with covid, this tracking is what Bill Gates was trying to implement on everyone, to track where everyone is, or has been
