Thanks for the video Reekay – I have cooked Chicken Adobo (similar to yours) before but not Pork Kangkong – it will be the next dish I try – I liked the Garlic Rice as well – I only use brown rice but expect it should work just as well. Guessing your mum and family appreciate you cooking Filipino foods for them 🙂
